This gave us the ability to ingest the feedback directly into our JIRA project, catalogued with different tags (issue/bug, feature request, feedback). • This approach enabled efficient backlog prioritisation and triaging and obtaining live reporting of the user experience. • This was the first time that an internal product applied this agile approach for releasing updates to users and gathering their feedback straight into JIRA.
