  Chief Medical Officer for two very responsive, dynamic and innovative home health programs with Gallagher. We are distinguished for our Physician-led Palliative Program (for patients with distressing symptoms) and for our Advance Care Team (ACT) program (for high-need/high-acuity patients). Gallagher is now the largest privately owned Home Health Agency in southwestern Pennsylvania with three offices in a nine-county reach. We have been 100% deficiency-free since inception. We are a sequential awardee of the HomeCare Elite Award as well as the Pittsburgh Post Gazette's "gold winner" for best Home Health Services in southwestern PA. We've been an annual recipient of "best medium-sized business to work for" in the Greater Pittsburgh region for five years in a row.I'm proud to announce that since our hospice launch in the fall of 2016, Gallagher Hospice is the fastest growing hospice in southwestern Pensssylvania. I was as one of the first physicians in southwest Pennsylvania to serve as a hospice medical director. I have almost thirty years of hospice and palliative care experience and our core hospice administrative staff has collectively 120 plus years of experience!
