  Responsibilities with the 643rd ELSS/EIPA include the development of new products to support various Air Force programs, as well as, reviewing and modifying current architecture products. Responsible to assure Architecture compliance with Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF), Net-Centric Operational Warfare Reference Model (NCOW-RM), National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), and other DoD and AF architectural requirements, define standards for enterprise architecture (EA) and/or systems architecture . (Architectural development includes: SFMIS, ACES, WIMS, CMOS, ARMS, OLVIMS, CAS, DCAPES and AFWay II ) (Architectural reviews consist of major AF systems including ECSS.) These efforts produce architecture artifacts initially in support of ISP efforts. The LogEA is a compilation of Operational Architecture, Systems Architecture, and a Transition Plan that will provide the overall future state direction for Logistics. LogEA is defining and implementing the guiding principles for the Logistics Transformation via the implementation of business processes, systems, and organizations. In addition, it will provide the framework to meet future POM requirements (BMMP/BEA), become the Logistics Enterprise Governance document, become the guide for centrally managing the implementation of Enterprise wide initiatives and provide EA (Enterprise Architecture) guidelines for de-centralized implementation of initiatives. Responsibilities include developing enterprise architecture artifacts that describe the appropriate legacy logistics systems’ functionality, logical data, and interface information. The scope of this effort is limited to those systems the A4 Data Team utilizes to build the A4 Taxonomy and Ontology. The purpose is to support blueprinting efforts for ECSS module implementation. Show less Naval War College Performance Models (NWCPM) -The Naval War College Performance Model simulates both student and faculty activities at the Naval War College. The Performance Model addresses requirements, production, and pricing, and provides information that can be used in budget exhibits. The Model provides what-if-analyses to support the development of the Program Objectives Memorandum (POM). Working side-by-side with the actual users, a custom designed Graphical User Interface (GUI) with a single entry point was created. The GUI allows users to update default data elements, create baseline and "what-if" scenarios, and share scenario output results. Scenario processing capability was embedded in the GUI and handled internally using Simple Object Access Protocols (SOAP) to SIMPROCESS. Model results are passed from SIMPROCESS back to the database where they are stored and presented to the user in a custom designed report format. The output results can be exported for use in Microsoft Access or Excel. The GUI also allows for the management of users and data and meets Navy security requirements.Responsibilities include defining, analyzing, and documenting requirements for the Performance Models project for the Navy. The project focus is on the development of performance models to support the Naval War College. The performance models address requirements, production, pricing, and provide information that can be used in budget exhibits. Performance Models also provide what-if analyses to support the development of the POM. IMDS is an umbrella program providing the Air Force Logistics community with the functionality and capabilities for the future needs of maintainers worldwide. IMDS captured the functional baseline for Maintenance activities. The project encompassed process modeling, use case development, functional requirements development, and data/object model development efforts of Maintenance. Primary areas of analysis included Plans and Scheduling, Quality Assurance, and Training business areas of Maintenance.
