  Aided in the training, communication, outreach, and support of educators participating in the Virginia Kindergarten Readiness Program. This state-funded education research program provides assessments and resources to help aid in school readiness. ● Recently identified knowledge gap and successfully created and implemented training for an underserved and under-engaged user group.● Assessed knowledge gaps of users and created or edited documents and training modules to close these knowledge gaps and create better user outcomes.● Adapted information provided by team members, who are SME in various aspects of the program, into user-friendly training materials and learning artifacts. ● Provided support for educators conducting assessments, utilizing reports and program resources. ● Worked with outside organizations to create and print assessment materials. ● Created and edited internal and external documents to help guide user experience of various assessments and platforms.● Created procedural documents to help with the onboarding and training of new hires.
