  Country Responsible for the People and Organization (HR) function in Novartis Spain. Leading the Talent and Transformation strategy for the Latin America and Canada Region in Novartis, focused on an ambitious agenda on Talent Management, Organization Development and Transformation, and Leadership Development. Leading the Talent and OD strategy for the Latin America and Canada Region, with the objective of transforming LACan in a Talent Hub for the enterprise. Supporting our countries in their OD journey (change management, culture, org. design) and championing D&I.Leading the TODI Team (7 DRs) across the region. Leading the People and Organization (P&O) function for the LACan Region, on an ad interim basis till December 2022. Partnering with countries across the region to implement a cohesive and transformative P&O strategy that encompass HR, Talent Management, OD and D&I. Leveraging this learning opportunity as much as I can, to continue growing in my personal and professional journey. Senior HRBP Manager reporting directly to the LACan HR Head and giving support mainly to the regional Commercial, Medical, QA and Finance functions.Main projects:- New Operating Model Implementation.- QA new model.- HR operating model feedback.- Gene Therapies BU creation.- Launch Excellence work stream for Lacan Region Named as HR Head ad interim for the Pharma Division, in the Central America and Caribbean cluster, maintaining also responsibilities as Talent Manager for the cluster.Main achievements:- Personnel cost below targets, generating savings.- Executive Committee Cultural Journey: New Leader assimilation, HPT.- Talent Management strategy, giving more opportunities to CAC Talents. Led the Talent Management strategy across the Central American and Caribbean cluster (240 FTEs).HRBP providing services to the Medical area.Main projects:- Internal HR audit: approved.- Novartis Business School, in partnership with TEC Monterrey.- Viviendo Novartis, WLB program.
