Leading the People and Organization (P&O) function for the LACan Region, on an ad interim basis till December 2022. Partnering with countries across the region to implement a cohesive and transformative P&O strategy that encompass HR, Talent Management, OD and D&I. Led the Talent Management strategy across the Central American and Caribbean cluster (240 FTEs).HRBP providing services to the Medical area.Main projects:- Internal HR audit: approved.- Novartis Business School, in partnership with TEC Monterrey.- Viviendo Novartis, WLB program.
