      I gave proposals for jobs, negotiated estimates with customers, builders, general contractors, and home owners. Negotiated prices for equipment and supplies. Overseen spending on jobs, permits, heat loads, payroll, account receivables, account payables. Scheduled installation dates and scheduled service call times. Handled any complaints or any unhappy customers. Verified all jobs we're performed by code and manufacturers instructions. Made sure all installers or service guys had the tools and supplies they need to complete jobs correctly. Made sure vehical fleet maintenance was performed and cordinated any repairs needed with the mechanic shop that would perform the repairs.If there was any strife or problems within people in the company I had to fix these issues and assure all involved were happy and on the same page when done.
