  HotSchedules is a SaaS company that offers scheduling tools and more to the service industry. I manage up to 89 projects at a time. For each project I am the dedicated point of contact as the client implements our products. Some projects are simple and can be completed in 2 days while others can take more than 2 months. Each project is unique in a variety of ways: the establishment using HotSchedules, the personality of the client, and most of all which products are being implemented. One of the best things about this position is the opportunity to continue to learn how to implement and train on new products. HotSchedules offers products that range from complex forecasting tools to organization and communication tools. I ensure that each client feels comfortable using HotSchedules and is aware of the resources available to continue to succeed. The large number of clients and unique characteristics of each project keep my organizational and time management skills sharp. The entire implementation and training process is done over the phone and therefore allows me to use my communication and interpersonal skills on a daily basis. Show less
