Developed strategy, built, and led an organization of problem solvers; globalizing best practices and processes across Vanguard's investment management division. Responsible for identification of top continuous improvement priorities and implementation of solutions to address top opportunities for HR and IT divisions. Partnered with Managing Director teams for 5 Vanguard divisions (HR, Legal, Investment Management, Planning and Development, and Advice, Brokerage, and Retirement Services) to develop and implement recruiting, hiring, development, and retention strategies focused on racial, gender, and age diversity. Worked with same leadership teams to build education and awareness across the diversity, equity, and inclusion spectrum. Led instructional design and implementation projects for a wide variety of learning and development objectives across every division at Vanguard. Developed and led program to deliver learning and development solution to advanced learners (sales executives, relationship managers, marketing and communications crew, international crew).
