Kim Pratt Memorial Environmental Design Award 2023 Fanshawe College Feb 2023 This year's competition challenged teams to develop plans that incorporate design perspectives using the themes of a Sense of Place, Welcoming Community, and Sustainability with a vision of Unlocking Potential at Fanshawe College. My team (LockSmith Developments) developed a plan (People in Motion) along Oxford Street, where the new Bus Rapid Transit terminal will be installed at Fanshawe College, London/ON.

First Place in the Urban Design category TD Environmental Design Competition 2022 Mar 2022 This year's competition challenged teams to develop plans that incorporate the "Growing Green Cities" urban design objectives of greening, food production, healthiness, and renewable energy production. My team developed a plan for the seven-hectare footprint of the former cereal factory located at 100 Kellogg Lane, London/ON, and win First Place in the Urban Design category.
