      Software Product Manager (within Digital Technology UK team) for the Metering Asset Management and Energy Industry domains, delivering IT change and run activities for the Smart Field Connections area, co-managing an £8m budget and all incoming IT demand for my allocated domains. Responsible for creating the Product Roadmap for each domain, identifying dependencies and shaping larger items raised quarterly by the Product Owner and ensuring appropriate prioritisation to deliver business benefits/outcomes, integrating with the architectural runway, then managing delivery by the appropriate Scrum pod (outsourced delivery) or third party, working in a DevOps delivery model and using elements of SaFE. I work collaboratively with business Product Owners and SMEs, Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects and 3rd party suppliers/outsource partners to understand business problems, external product roadmaps (MS Dynamics, Wheatley Software Solutions) and technology capabilities ensuring that business value is identified, clearly understood and the right IT changes are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
