MANAGEMENT ACHIEVEMENTS- Editing of several project Document/Communicationg management strategy.- Configuration item record and creation of an Access database for store management in which the storekeeper assign specific planning code to every transaction he makes.helping the planning team to compare prevision vs actual and learn from experience. - Improved several excel sheet of different team,for the sake of global integred system.- tried a cloud base management software for real time control and faster decision making .(Active collab).- Statement of procedures of warehouse.
