July 2023 - October 2023: Bartender at Cambridge Independent PubA bartending job post-University to give me something to do while searching for a Graduate Software-based role. Quick learning, hardworking, and problem solving were essential skills that I was further able to develop in this role.October 2022 - June 2023: Bartender at Tramshed Concert VenueThis was a part-time bartending role throughout my final year of university.July 2022 - September: Bartender at Newmarket RacecourseA summer bartending job after my year abroad. This role valued efficiency and quality customer service.May 2021 - August 2021: Bartender at Revolucion de CubaThis job was a cocktail bartending role, so alongside similar responsibilities to the local pub roles, I also had to learn 40 different cocktails and how to make them in a very short space of time.July 2020 - Septemeber 2020: Bartender in a local pub. In this role, I was responsible for making drinks, running the till, and ensuring customers were happy with the services provided. I was also responsible for making sure the bar was stocked, the barrels were full to a suitable level, and the bar was clean. Customer service was a key aspect of this job along with maintaining a covid-safe environment for staff and customers.August 2017 - March 2020: Bartender / Bar supervisor in a local pub. Main responsibilities: pot-wash, waiting tables, bartending, serving customers, till operation, cleaning, barrel changing and stock take. From this job I gained good communication and customer service skills. I also improved my ability to work both in a team and independently, making sure that all customers were happy and helping to deal with any issues they may have - food or beverage related. Show less
