  As the Field Manager for Dulang and Floaters, my responsibilities included:• Overseeing the daily operations of the Dulang and Floaters assets, ensuring efficient and safe production activities.• Managing and coordinating with various teams, including maintenance, production planning, sub-surface, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and achieve production targets.• Implementing and monitoring safety protocols to ensure the safety of all personnel and equipment.• Developing and executing asset management strategies to optimize production and extend the life of the assets.• Engaging with stakeholders to address concerns and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.• Leading and mentoring the team to enhance their skills and performance, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.These responsibilities required strong technical knowledge and expertise in upstream and terminal operations, particularly in managing and operating brown producing fields.
