      • Coordinated and instructed numerous weight management courses throughout Berkshire• Delivered health eating and behaviour change advice as well as structured exercise sessions within the 10 week NHS weight management programme 'eat 4 health'. • Regularly monitored participant weight, waist circumference, blood pressure and physical activity levels within the 'eat 4 health' outcomes protocol• Ran men only and mixed sex weight management courses, consistently achieving excellent results (30-40% lost 5-10% body weight) and ~90% participant retention• Ensured participant data confidentiality via the safe storage and collation of results. Wrote detailed, anonymised reports based on this data for Berkshire West PCT and Local Authority• Exercise Specialist for the NHS ‘Barometer' programme - a course designed to help individuals with a BMI >35kg/m2 lose weight. Part of a multi-disciplinary team of dietitians, GPs and nurses• Helped one 'eat 4 health' diabetic participant lose weight and improve his lifestyle to the extent of no longer requiring insulin.
