  Prior to my current role, I worked with Emaar, a real estate company located in Pakistan. I have undertaken three roles within the company with highly similar duties and responsibilities but of varying degrees of responsibility. In these roles, I was responsible for general administration and facilitation to fulfil inter-departmental requirements and carry out arrangements in line with the departmental policies and procedures. I processed requests from various departments to plan and coordinate logistics and transportations and liaised and communicated with Emaar Pakistan offices to carry out coordinated activities and ensure successful execution. Moreover, I handled and managed travel and accommodation facilities including but not limited to flight bookings, accommodation sourcing and transportation sourcing.Another aspect of my responsibility was to optimise company processes by recommending various Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and carry out external and internal coordination to oversee administrative affairs. I was involved in the facilitation of Visa processing and miscellaneous government affairs as assigned by the Line Manager. I also maintained a comfortable and pleasing environment for both internal and external customers and ensured the safe and timely delivery of goods and equipment to all Emaar Pakistan offices. I performed administrative duties including but not limited to courier and sensitive document dispatch, warehouse supervision, inventory control, operational procurement and buildings and office vicinities operation and maintenance. In addition, I updated and maintained administrative file records including processing all administrative-related invoices and built and cultivated strong and positive relationships with key external contacts including service providers and customers to efficiently facilitate business.
