As investigators on a mission to better integrate locally made cheese into Milan's nutritional consciousness we often found ourselves guilty of antithesising many spatial concepts related to our situation: urban/rural, near/far, digital/concrete. Indeed we despaired that the current relationship between city dwellers and the food we consume is a passionate yet somewhat dysfunctional one. Show less
