  I worked on behalf of the Microsoft CO & I Contracts Execution Team focused on Data Center build projects in the Nordic region in particular. Some of main responsibilities are listed below.Conduct project specific RFP’s across the following categories: General Contractors (GC's), Architect / Engineers (AE), Commissioning Agents (CxA), Cost Management, Project Management (PM) and other sundry professional services. Negotiate with suppliers on contract execution and costs in line with the suppliers Master Agreements. Preparation and execution of ARLs / SSJs, Contracts, Change orders.
