       Managing movement and storage of all materials including Raw Material, WIP (Work in Process) and Finished Goods. Focus on meeting consumer demand and minimizing the costs of storing and transporting goods. Maintaining inventory valuation and product line performance.  Preparing of Production Reports and updating trends.  Preparation of Costing Sheets (Budget vs. Actual).  Preparation of Stock ageing reports. Preparation of Process wise Daily Movement Reports.  Critically examine BOM, routes and their variances to challenge production dept. for reduction in theoretical numbers respectively Cost control and reduction.  Reporting of production expenses against budget and critically monitoring of production related expenditures, purchase orders and requisitions to keep them within limits.  Monthly Inventory control [physical inspection] review of inventory ageing to identify any obsolete inventory or unnecessary excess inventory holding to minimize cost.  Preparing reports on Insurance claims of unsuitable inventory in coordination with Quality Assurance.  Manage and prepare reports to verify inward & outward stock (Vendors' Stock Sheet/Delivery Challan). Monitoring daily SAP transactions to reduce delays in production unit. Scheduled visits on production units. Clearance of inventory backlog in system. Make sure system (SAP) is aligned with physical inventory. controlling and overseeing purchases from suppliers and customers. Maintains the right stock and reduces the risk of loss.
