  Within the Care Delivery Technology Services IT group, I provide consulting services to internal business partners to support care delivery, facility operations, and special projects. My engagements range from small projects to evaluate business needs and select technology solutions, to larger projects that span from requirements gathering and vendor selection through implementation. My current work includes selecting technology for the new KP School of Medicine, enhancing my department's business consulting methodology, and applying human-centered design and Agile tools in my projects.
