  I record accounts payable and make checks, record mortgage loans and unsecured loans receivable, keep track of amounts from settlement due from and to third parties, reconcile bank and line-of-credit statements, reconcile the books and the loan origination software, calculate loan originators' commissions, submit and record payroll, and prepare the annual financial statement for auditing and the monthly financial statements required by loan covenants - all according to GAAP- generally accepted accounting principles.
