  I was responsible for leading the product development effort, I organized a team by acquiring talent both from inside the company and outside. I established a strong team, created an open environment where knowledge sharing and team collaboration were appreciated and politics were discouraged. Being a large internal product development effort, we had limited budgets so I was responsible for keeping the team motivated despite the seemingly unrealistic timelines. I had to show regular progress to the stakeholders and I delivered an MVP in 4 month when we launched the beta of the product. During this time I created a marketing department in the company to help promote the software, I continued to lead the product development efforts for another 6 months. During this time Rolustech also started the process of getting ISO 27001 certified, I was a key part of establishing the security processes and procedures required to get certified. I had an integral part in winning the RFP for the company and later provided on site and solution architect services on the project. The company was growing steadily and we were learning from our mistakes, learning how to scale and how to establish processes and teams. During this time I helped Rolustech setup a design department, expanded the development department, assisted in the initial setup of a mobile team and established and lead the IT department. At this stage of my career, I was not interested in joining a large organization and joined Rolustech when it was a startup.   Founder

  I am currently creating an open source project management and team collaboration software. My long-term aim is to build a platform for web application development that will allow the creation of large-scale web applications without coding. Project4Me is the first project in a series of software through which I aim to create the necessary tools and funding for such a goal. I am working on all aspects of this software alone. The software is in late alpha and will see an early beta release in 2018.

  I was involved in setting up key development processes and practices across the company in multiple teams. I was responsible for consulting on the technical architecture of the new projects, establishing the technology stack, architecture and development processes for them. I was also directly involved in assisting key projects in technical challenges with hands-on development when required. In my role as senior manager, I was responsible for setting and improving the culture in the office, ensuring smooth operations.
