      As the Quality and REME Programme Manager for Babcock International (one of the main Service Providers to the Army, delivering technical and non-technical apprenticeships to over 5,000 learners) for the past year and a half. As well as carrying out the Quality Manager role as below, I was also the REME Programme Manager. I manage our largest MOD contract with over 2,500 learners and circa 30 staff. I manage, develop and deliver the contract Apprenticeship programme to ensure outcomes are aligned to strategic, operational, commercial and contractual requirements within budget. I have an excellent rapport with our customer and have gained their trust and reliability; attending all monthly and quarterly strategic Board meetings, briefing key stakeholders of all levels on progress and areas for development working closely with them to improve our delivery and ensuring that we are ready for any external inspections or audits. Also having to manage key stakeholder relationships with external governmental agencies and awarding organisations. Show less Since 2018, I have been the Quality Manager supporting the 4 MOD Contracts across the Army. I have been responsible for the development and delivery of the strategic quality planning across all qualifications, leading on all internal governance and assurance to maintain our high standards through continuous improvement. I have managed staff development and standardisation, updating policies, procedures and maintaining a fit-for-purpose Quality Strategy with my remote quality team while also carrying out internal audits, overseeing compliance, implementation, and improvement across our MOD contracts as well as other Babcock contracts.Within the above roles I also carry out Centre Manager, Functional Skills Manager and Safeguarding Designated Person duties, effectively project managing all Contracts alongside the other Programme Manager, supporting the welfare of staff and learners while liaising with external agencies, developing complex plans for modification, and implementing change ensuring a smooth transition takes place with minimal disruption. I led a team delivering the programme nationwide in all Army Aviation Units, Managed the Health & Safety across the contract of all Staff.
