Configured and maintained all our network monitoring and pppoe servers. Nagios, Libre NMS, The Dude, and Cacti to name a few.Planned and led campaigns to new tower site locations preselling enough service to justify the build. Our number of tower sites grew 600% and our customer base grew over 2000% the years I oversaw growth and targeted marketing.Managed anything that has to do with routing, networking, or ip address related. Mostly used Mikrotik and some Cisco. OSPF with static routes for redundancy and vlans back to our Core.Implemented safety and training pamphlets which helped standardize installation and troubleshooting procedures to maintain quality, help efficiency, and maintain safety. Very proud we had 0 injuries the entire time at Wigi Wireless, and efficiency goals boosted successful installs by our techs with no callbacks in 6 months by over 50%!Designed our network and growth strategy. Engineered multiple redundant wireless links and a few dark fiber paths that enabled every tower site to have 2 ways out to the internet and plenty of bandwidth for customers. This really changed the game for our company helped us offer higher speeds at competitive prices. Enabling our average customer cost to go from $30 to $65 in 2 years once implemented. Show less First of all I do all of our work that involves climbing a tower of any kind. Sometimes this is fixing what we already have up there or it could be putting up a whole new tower site. I have experience with mounting and lining up a variety of antennas and frequencies including 60 GHz, 24 GHz, 11Ghz licensed microwave dishes, CBRS LTE eNB (ap) and ue (cpe), RF Element Horns, custom cluster sector antennae arrays. I have mounted these dishes on water towers, grain legs, and broadcast towers. I am a big fan of good cable management. I have worked with numerous brands of wireless gear such as Ubiquiti, Cambium and older Motorola, Baicells, Mikrotik, IgniteNet, Mimosa, Alpha and Kp Performance antennas and many more. I am also the guy that goes to someone's house when they have an issue to determine what needs to be done to resolve customers issue and fix it. I also do all the new installs and take support calls on my cell 24-7 if need be, most of the time resulting in saving a van roll because it was an internal problem they needed help with. Show less

      Operations Manager

Operation Manager for a hybrid Internet Service Provider. We started out as a wireless isp and have evolved into a fisp as well serving fiber to different areas. Directly in charge of all MDU projects. We mainly do new builds with a few different management companies, but added some overhauls to our mdu portfolio. I make sure we have all the gear and hardware we need to get the job done on schedule and directly coordinate with the Construction Manager and team to make sure we stay on track. I also build out our mdf's and program our routers and switches. Show less
