  I oversee the governance and delivery approach for Youi's strategic portfolio of work. This role includes:- Managing the prioritisation process of all Projects across the business on a quarterly basis, hosting workshops with each C-suite member to understand their goals, managing leadership expectations and working with IT on demand and capacity and ultimately presenting our planned approach for Portfolio delivery for sign-off by the CEO- Owning the successful delivery of a company-wide App within my first 8 months at Youi to the whole of business which delivered a game-changing new E2E project delivery and governance platform for all change at Youi, providing signficant uplift in UX for our PMs, greatly enhanced transparency in our governance processes and enabling a platform to provide far greater forward planning capability for our ELT- Reviewing all business cases and working with business to ensure benefits and objectives of projects have clear alignment with Youi's strategic direction- Owning the Continous Improvement uplift stream of work for Project Management & Governance Show less
