Assist the Director of the Technology Solutions Center with the supervision of the student help desk staff.Aid in the development of up to date documentation on application and classroom equipment usage (Wiki, Classroom Guides, etc.).- Plan and manage budgets to support instructional technology and technology training, including oversight and supervision of the VPT budget.
