Managed revenue of $46M+.Achievements:Established a single integrated administration for the Academic Centre across core areas of Finance, Human Resources, IT, Graduate Research, Postgraduate Coursework, Laboratory and Biological Resource Facilities, OH&S. The changes in the workforce profile resulted in salary savings of $1M+ per annum. The success of this strategy was due to careful financial and market analysis.
