  Among my activities, I explain the work to be carried out by the staff and distribute their corresponding equipment, giving the safety talk, I carry out a quality review of the works with respect to marking, services, ventilation and pumping, I coordinate with different areas their support to cycle the works, authorize the distribution of explosive for the day's shots and prepare the blasting for the end of the shift. During my trainee as mining engineer I was a supervisor in the paste plant, where every shift I prepared the recipe of paste for distribution in mixer's trucks through the mine pipeline system until the places already mined. I explained the work to be done by the personnel, distributed the equipment, gave safety talks and did the final shift report. I updated the mine dispatch system, in which all the mine production information and KPI's are collected, operational and mechanical equipment failures and daily mine operation reports is performed. I complete an internal program in which i develop expertise in the main areas that compose a mine: Human Resources, Safety and Environment, Costs, Supply Chain, Process Plant, Metallurgical Laboratory, Mine Planning, Geology, Exploration, Geomechanics, Maintenance and Mine Operation.
