My primary duties included: performing OASIS data collection and completion of a comprehensive assessment on patients and coordination with MD to implement appropriate Plan of Care. Mercy Star Award Recipient 1st Quarter 2007. I also functioned as the Branch Clinical Educator in the Bucks. County Location 2008 until August 2009.
