Additionally, I employed the openpyxl library to efficiently handle Excel files, allowing for seamless data manipulation and reporting.The key achievement of this automation project was the substantial reduction in service desk calls. By automating tasks that were previously done manually, such as data entry and report generation, the L2 support team was able to work more efficiently.
