      Involved in the below mentioned projects:--Handling the end to end process for the Promotion project for Senior Leadership Cohort.-Exposure to the planning and implementation of the Succession Planning Project.-Draft HR Policies and have a detailed understanding of the company operational style and work preference.-Handling project with regard to introducing Career Mobility into the organization.
