  Accomplishments:Key achievements in safe and smooth operation of different refinery units such as Sulfur Recovery, Amine Treating, Sour Water Stripping, Kerosene & LPG Meroxes are;- Ensured safe, continuous and optimized operation of process units by vigilantly monitoring, evaluating and suggesting corrective actions while complying with HSEQ standards and Standard Operating procedures (SOPs)- Hands on experience with Distributed Control System (Yokogawa Centum-CS DCS System) and Emergency Shutdown System (Yokogawa Pro-safe ESD) with emphasis on process parameters (temperature, pressure, level, flow etc.) monitoring, adjustments, controlling and reporting, including tuning of PID controllers, trends analysis, data interpretation and root cause analysis.- Safe emergency handling such as Power Failure, Power Dip, Steam Failure, Instrument Air Failure, Fuel Gas Failure, Combustion Air Failure, SR Waste Heat Boiler Tube Leakage, Sulfurcrete Formation etc.- Expertise on variety of planned activities such as; Equipment Handover, Refractory Dry out, Sulfur Purging and Heat Soaking, SCOT Reactor Passivation, Hot Water Washing of Merox Reactors, Vessels Loading, Exchangers Cleaning, Sour Water Storage Tank decontamination and handover etc.. - Active participation in revamp study of PARCO-MCR for LPG Merox Unit to increase capacity up to 120%, contributed in review of PFD, P&ID, Equipment Data Sheets, Operating Manual and HAZOP of revamp modifications and supervised the erection of the new equipments and lines with Descon Engineering Limited, Pakistan.- Participated as Unit Representative in Refinery Revamp HAZOP and HAZOP Revalidation of Modifications of Existing Plant conducted by PETRORISK Abu Dhabi.- Ensures compliance and compilation of IMS documentation for periodic auditing- Technical Report writing and developing presentations- Permit to work (PTW) originator at PARCO- Working with SAP (Enterprise Resource Planner) module of PM and MM Show less
