  I built the strategy for Data transformation to move on-premises to AWS cloud architecture into the remittance area of Banco Azteca, to manage 200k transactions by day.I was in charge of Data Intelligence team in which I needed select, contract and manage 9 people with profiles like Data Engineering, ML Engineering, Data Scientist, Business Analytics and Data Base Developer.My responsibility was implementing the Data Governance and I used the DAMA-DMBOK framework as standard and defined the architecture, models, storage, security, integration, master data, warehousing, data lake, metadata, and quality of the data.Also, I had meetings with business units, and I attended the requirements to make the solutions and implemented in production using SDLC, SCRUM, MLOps and CRISP-DM methodologies, the most relevant solutions were Dashboards with storytelling strategy to view the outcomes of pays and sends. We helped to discovery insights, and we created a Linguistic Module as a SaaS solution which compare two names and verify the proximity using ML with serverless and API Gateway technology in AWS Cloud.Furthermore, I designed a system solution to manage the warehouse and the supply chain of 12 work tools for 12,000 collectors into the collect and credit area of Banco Azteca, controlled by QR codes for the tool assignment and manage the Inventory, Purchasing, Material Resource Planning (Min/Max Inventory and Forecasting) and Master Data with MM module and its dependencies of SAP.
