  I will be directing the success of construction projects through coordination and communication. In that role I will be directly responsible for the success or failure that comes. It is my responsibility as part of Steel Encounters to foster positive relationships and help build successful partners and employee-owners. I transitioned quickly into the role of managing projects from starting and managing budgets, to vendor communication and large material orders and learning the attendant software and file management systems involved with effective project communication and tracking.
