Building relationships with the medical and research communities plays a major role in all that I do, including working with new and upcoming PCOS research, clinical trials and support groups, globally. In addition, I have been working with student interns and aiding in student research projects on PCOS, sparking research and awareness in a younger generation of PCOS advocates. As a co-leader, working well with other leaders and co-leaders, plus engaging volunteers is vital to the proper function of our group and group goals. This is a volunteer position, however, one that has a huge impact on the PCOS and Women's Health communities, as well as one of great personal importance to myself.
