  1. Member of a team which successfully implemented Microsoft Dynamics Navision 2013 R2 at APPL and currently looking after the Finance & Inventory module for the entire company. Also developed a number of new processes as well as reports in Navision as per company's requirement. 2. Demonstrated excellence in implementation and handling new ERP ( Harvestit ) System in Upper Assam including 7 Tea Estates and ensured 100% successful in implementation of the same ( Prior to Microsoft Dynamics Navision ) 4. Played a key role in handling the pilot project of computerisation of estate weigh-bridges of the company and designing the major part of the software5. Played a key role in handling the pilot project of Computerisation of Plucking Operations, designed interface part of the software and implemented in all gardens of the company6 Instrumental in designing a totally new MIS in Visual Basic 6, SQL Server 2000 & Crystal Report 8.5 that was being initiated & implemented across the company. This MIS named as HIT-APPL-Extra and it covers a number of functions which were not covered by the main ERP system of the company and it is being approved by the company management and now being implemented at all tea estates including the Head Office.7. Pivotal in managing operations related to data migration (Opening Balances of Inventory, Accounts, PF, etc.) from the old system (on UNIX and Fox-Plus Platform) into the new system (on SQL Server 2000 and Windows / VB Platform) in 2007 and from SQL Server 2000 to Microsoft Dynamics Navision 2013 R2 in the year 2016.8. Effectively & efficiently coordinating with the companies like HCL/ CMS / TTS / Airtel for smooth functioning of IT Hardware / LANs, etc. at the estates9.
