   Double entry – Responsible for doing data entry for a particular company (GBL). Processing bank transactions for clients into the accounting and administrative software “VIEWPOINT” and "QUICKBOOKS". Bank analysis – Major step in proceeding double entry. Looking for bank statements, bank advices, invoices or credit notes, transaction vouchers and about its correspondence. Liaising with administrators for respective company to request for documents in the process of preparing the accounts or if needed by clients. To verify if new resolution, for instance: Loans, purchase/sale of assets or investment made, affect in the making of accounts. Attend FSC Survey forms. Drafting full set of accounts for a particular company like, Balance Sheet, Profit or Loss Statement, Statement of changes in Equity, Statement of Cashflow and any changes needed to be made in the notes to financial statements. Once accounts are prepared then sent to clients for approval and attend client queries. Once approved by clients, then accounts are sent to be audited by respective auditors and attend auditors’ queries. Basic knowledge of tax computation. Once accounts are finalised by auditors, accounts are filed to FSC through ODCS platform, by preparing the Financial Schedule and ODCS Submission Form altogether for submission.
