  Duties:My duties cover all the implementation process of Oracle E-Business Suite (HCM), and lately on Oracle Cloud HCM, from early stages with the solution architecture to managing requirement gathering sessions, functional and technical setup, CRP, training, UAT and documentation. Coming from a technical background, I also work closely and follow-up with the technical team for a bug free delivery within constraints of time and budget, while applying Oracle Methodology.I act as the point of contact for key client representatives for any consultancy needs concerning their digital transformation for internal processes or integration with other systems and responsible for the CR estimation, follow-up and on-time delivery.I created and presented high quality product demonstrations on various Oracle products for multiple international prospects as part of the pre-sales process.I am currently involved in two EBS projects and one HCM Cloud:- The first, in Arabic, with the Lebanese Government (HRMS and Payroll). Project consists of two solutions, one for the current employees and the second for the Retirees. I am the product owner of the Retirees sub-project while handling some parts of the employees' instance.- The second, in French, is an offshore project, as a part of a Full ERP implementation at Algeria Telecom in direct partnership with Oracle Consulting (Currently in the UAT stage).- The third, on Oracle HCM Cloud, also in French, as a part of a full HCM implementation at Orange Côte d’Ivoire.
