  Project Leader - LSH Albatros

  WSL, created by the Walloon government, is the first technological incubator in Europe. It was intended to launch spin-offs in the space sector from all the universities of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation. Following a Startech competition (competition to become a student-entrepreneur), I was able to develop, with 2 other engineering students, an innovative project, followed by WSL, aimed at improving mobility within the home.This project was also shared with new students of the Polytechnic Faculty of Mons to improve the system through the thesis of one of them.Achievements :- Theoretical design of a miniaturized escalator system adapted to people with reduced mobility for a house- Filing of a patent on the imagined technology- Construction of a Business plan to raise public funds for the conceptualization of the system Show less

  Cenaero is a applied research center and provides to companies involved in a technology innovation process numerical simulation methods and tools to invent and design more competitive products. For my internship of Master in Energy Mechanic Civil Engineer, I joined the Cenaero company, in the Building department, to work on the simulation of an innovative heating system with the OpenFOAM program.Achievements :- Validation of the performance of the innovative heating system by creating a code produced in the opensource program OpenFOAM Show less

  As a production team leader, I was responsible for managing operators so that they respect a production in a given time. The managed zones in question were subject to a specific NADCAP type aggregation. My role will also have been to prepare this type of audit to keep our aggregations. Finally, I was also in charge of improving the line in order to remain competitive in the aeronautics market.Achievements :- Respect of schedules, budgets and quality during the effective period- Successful NADCAP audit- Implementation of a project to improve the quality and productivity of the area with an estimated annual gain of +600k € (varying each year with the production achieved)Responsibilities :- Management of around 30 operators- Back-up for the management of complete production line (several million € of production) Show less The Sonaca Group is one of the top 10 players in Aerostructure. Within the Lean department, I was able to apply the various Lean processes, Sonaca standardized or not, in various improvement projects focusing mainly on production performance.
