  - Establish check flowchart for each aircraft to ensure aircraft check readiness prior to entry into hangar.- Drive check timeliness by working closely with MRO in the hangar and through various other channels such as check input and progress meeting.- Oversee and manage all aircraft undergoing checks in the hangar.- Ensure quality of work performed at MRO.- Oversee material usage and labour efficiency at service providers.- Review and analyse MRO performance.- Oversee and manage A380 cabin retrofit project.- Oversee and manage A380 part out project. Achievement:2020 Safety Award and Safety Citation. Optimizing assets across different aircraft by directly swapping landing gears between two A380 aircraft. Tapping knowledge and experience to devise processes but also ensuring that risks were sufficiently mitigated. 2021 Outstanding Staff Award. Explored local part-out option on A380s and worked with CAAS to set up a component “removed-serviceable” process. Demonstrated tenacity and resourcefulness to overcome obstacles encountered and delivered the parting of two A380 aircraft in November 2021. 2022 Safety Award.Continual observation, maintenance of safety practices, and risk assessments culminated in an uneventful towing, without an active braking system, on 4 October 2021 to the dismantling site and removal of aircraft landing gear outside of a hangar environment.
