      As Vice President of ICS, I operated a small group insurance brokerage and third party administrator alongside of my father. I handled all daily operations and service for all clients and managed a team of six staff members in this role.

The customer service team was divided into two units- a call center for employee inquiries that operated with a less than 20 second average speed of answer (ASA) and <2% abandoned call ratio and a dedicated service unit that was assigned to our top 25 producing broker partners and large groups specifically.       From working for a local group insurance brokerage and third-party administrator to more than 20 years with Kelly & Associates Insurance Group (which is among the largest providers of employee benefits administration, broker, and consulting services), I’ve had the opportunity to lead hundreds of insurance professionals, increase operational excellence, and create new business units.Highlights include:• Partnering with over 25 new carriers and vendors and expanded lines of business to include traditional offerings such as critical illness, accident, and hospital indemnity as well as financial wellness, health & wellness, legal, ID theft protection, lifestyle benefits, and yes, even, pet insurance• Ramped up KELLY revenue to over half a million dollars in just two years• Instrumental in designing the user interface to drive employee engagement and enrollment on the proprietary platform, developed all marketing materialsI was responsible for telling the KELLY story and conveying our success in the industry to prospective partners - carriers, vendors, and brokers. A creative and resourceful leader, I was selected to create a new portfolio of products and services focused on voluntary benefits that would further continue the mission to provide comprehensive insurance and employee benefits to companies throughout the region.
