Little did I know that this daring venturewould set the stage for a significant impact in the digital realm.In those early days, many were sceptical about the internet’s potential and had barely heard ofwebsites. My mission was clear: to educate the local business community about the opportunitiesthe Internet could offer. This wasn’t merely a new start-up idea for me; it was a mission to reshapehow businesses engaged with the digital world. Despite initial resistance, my patience andpersuasive approach won over even the most hesitant clients.My clients humorously referred to me as "Mr. Internet" in those early days. My relentlessoptimism & profound expertise laid the foundation for Pentagon's success. Within two years, wereached our first 100 clients as the internet’s popularity surged.By the year 2000, Pentagon was established as a go-to hub for digital services. Over the followingtwo decades, the company thrived, driven by my unwavering commitment and exceptionalcustomer service, as well as the dedication of the talented team I nurtured.My journey of establishing a humble startup to a digital powerhouse is a compelling reminder thatthe most daunting challenges can be turned into extraordinary opportunities with the right mindset.I continue to serve as the Founder and CEO of Pentagon Information Technology, managing ourheadquarters in Abu Dhabi and our branches across Dubai, the USA, the UK & India.
