      Responsible for Tier 1 technology support for Jefferson Elementary School in Morton with Desktop Computers in the Computer Lab & Teacher's Desktops within the school. I was responsible for all Microsoft and Apple Laptops. I was responsible for approximately 375 apple ipads at the elementary school. I worked on Smartboards and projectors in each room. I was also responsible for scheduling, testing, and handling NWEA (MAP) and PARCC (IAR) testing on desktop, laptop, and ipads issues that occured. I also re-scheduled and tested makeup testing.
