  I worked in a high energy environment and worked closely with my fellow employees. I assisted an extremely high volume of customers, and I engaged with them to ensure they experienced the family-owned charm of the business. I was continuously recognized for my customer service and customer connection abilities. I trained other employees, created hand-made visuals for marketing products and assisted in posting images to the social media accounts.

  Mathematics Tutor

  I worked with elementary school students, assisting them with their schoolwork, and introducing new topics that were apart of the Mathnasium curriculum. I balanced my time between multiple students, and connected with each of them to increase their comfort in a learning environment. Additionally, I helped to organize and label material to increase the efficiency of the center.

  Isenberg Women in Business

  I assisted Co-Presidents with administrative duties, including planning and scheduling weekly General Body meetings for 250+ active members led by various companies, faculty, and student organizations. Additionally, I was in charge of creating slides in accordance with the WiB brand style guide for General Body meetings, compiling all information to effectively communicate important dates and opportunities to our members visually. During each of our meetings, I hosted a Zoom call for 50+ members to attend virtually and uploaded meeting recordings to YouTube. I also served as a Peer Mentor for 5 WiB underclassmen in our Peer Mentorship Program. Show less I worked at the front-end of the organization's communication, organizing and facilitating all email communication and responding to all club inquiries. I compiled and assembled internal and external information to send twice weekly emails to 1,400+ audience members utilizing Mailchimp. I was responsible for tracking active member attendance at each meeting, organizing this data in Excel. I was also a mentor in our Peer Mentorship program, in which I served as an academic and personal resource to 3 underclassmen. Show less
