      Working in a Carpentry workshop for a period of just under 3 years as an apprentice, designing, manufacturing and fitting custom kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, wardrobes, shelves, cupboards etc. I was also involved in the construction of some of the houses that were built on the property, placing concrete, erecting shuttering, laying paving, minor electrics, plumbing and roofing. During this time I experienced the realities of sustainable living as a member of a multi cultural community.

One of my highlight projects working as Foreman was the 'Sushinho' Brazilian-Japanese restaurant on the Kings road in Chelsea, London, UK.
