      This role focuses on project management. Current major projects include customer pricing management, product sampling to customers, inventory management and SAP Integration for the commercial team. Customer Pricing Management: Working with the sales team, this project focuses on updating complex pricing across all industries, as well as SAP uploading of actual data. Major re-alignment of the process of new ownership is the current project focus. This project covers 500+ customers and 100+ products. Samples - This position manages the entire sampling process from customer request to shipping. Data must be managed in CRM and internal systems, as well as customer coordination internationally. Inventory - This project coordinates the massive inventory process overhaul, data management and actual product management between three sites, both onsite and offsite. SAP Integration - Coordinates the sales team participation, as well as data management, for its role in the integration of Pinova SAP into Firmenich SAP. This will be a multi-year project, with 50%+ time dedication for the position. Organize and facilitate marketing media for all large global trade show events for international sales department.Content Management | Content Creation | Publishing Schedules – Manage all content on global PinovaSolutions.com website as well as 200+ brochures, flyers, technical data sheets, advertisements, videos and trade show booths for raw material manufacturer. Creates weekly, monthly and yearly global schedules for content publishing, trade show participation and content creation.Budgeting and Planning - Develop and manage global marketing communications budgets. Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget. Through market analysis and following trend ensure that 70+ products in 10+ different markets receive proper marketing support.Website Management – Sole responsibility for 200+ page corporate global website including editorial, pictorial and all content creation for the site, as well as all SEO management. Manage server and graphic design contractors to ensure proper flow between website and internal CRM software, Salesforce.com. Social Media Management – Strategically oversee all Pinova and DRT social media accounts including LinkedIn and Facebook. Utilize SEO to increase awareness of global B2B organization on LinkedIn.
