My focus of action is to drive TCO down for the manufacturing activities and drive the indirect spend to achieve cost improvement globally. Global Leadership for Capital equipment procurement for Biotech facilities located in Europe, USA, Asia. Develop and implement a global strategy, build partnership with key global suppliers to support the growth of biotech products. Transforming procurement of Biotech equipment to meet new challenges in single use processes, including consumables supply for a TCO based approach. Implement a shared country procurement organization on 3 industrial sites is my daily challenge. Starting with Indirect purchasing, I now enhance my field of actions to Capex with a close cooperation with the global sourcing organisation of Novartis.
