      As the Operations Manager for this dynamic fashion SME, I assumed overall responsibility for systems, sales platforms, logistics, warehousing and customer service. Key achievements and responsibilities include:- Implementation and maintenance of the essential systems in use by the organisation to manage DTC and B2B orders. By applying critical thinking to complex requirements and data interchange, I collaborated with external providers to customise and build additional functionality for existing solutions, thereby enhancing overall efficiencies- Successfully launched with sales channels John Lewis, Zalando, Next, NBrown group, Wolf & Badger, Not On The High Street, Faire, Ankorstore and in-store consignment Boundary Outlet- Managed relationships with consideration of logistics, product information, commercial opportunities and performance reviews for all sales streams- Coordination with internal and external warehouses, freight forwarders, and internal key players to ensure the punctual and accurate receipt of stock.
