  Voice User Interface for an IVRSNokia Surveillance System is an IVRS system designed for collecting disease details that are at the grassroots level in rural areas. Designed for the primary level health centers, the IVRS allows paramedics to enter disease, diagnosis, statistics at the center on a daily basis. My role here was to create interactive voiceovers in English and Kannada languages.

  Integrated Project Management Portal (IPMP) is a product, which manages the entire ‘project execution’ lifecycle, by tracking key performance indicator like cost, schedule, quality, productivity and thereby facilitating operational excellence. The project scope was to enhance User Experience by following strict User Centric Design process. My role in the this project was to focus on comparative analysis, to conduct one-on-one interviews with key stakeholders, to work on information architecture, to create interactive mockups and to coordinate with the developers for design implementation.
