Managed the After-Market inventory for industrial automation, increasing revenue from $24MM to $36MM, by properly managing $15MM worth of CNC, PLC, and Laser inventory Trained & mentored Black Belts and Green Belts on corrective action through Six Sigma methods that saved an aggregate greater than $30MM cost for the business
