  As the Head of Product Of POCKET (eWallet), I lead the team with a focus on enhancing the definition and growth of the product in its market; driving the group’s vision, overseeing the development and management of the product’s roadmap based on the adopted strategies and vision. This is inclusive of gathering and prioritizing requirements for the product, defining the vision for the product, and collaborating with other departments in order to ensure that the financial and consumer satisfaction goals are met.In addition to this, ensuring that the company’s overall strategy and goals are supported by those of the product; that the product goals and strategy do not deviate from that of the business. Tasked with overseeing the innovation and improvement of the business’s product as well as the day-to-day product activities in such a way that ensures that the product is constantly growing to suit the consumers’ needs. Making sure that necessary steps are being taken to make any modifications that are being made in the product or strategy in order to bring out the best results for the business.Build an understanding and cultivate in the departments’ members the product’s vision, the business case, as well as compiling the product planning material necessary for driving product initiatives further with clarity and consensus.Responsible for evaluation and authorization of proposed solutions and strategies by the members of the product team in order to synthesize diverse and complex information and data and design refined strategies, solutions, workflows, and procedures.Influence and inspire everyone in the product team in applying various approaches or strategies for the product.
